    7. promotes information that you know is false or misleading or promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory or libelous;
    8. promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music;
    9. involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailing, instant messaging, "spimming," or "spamming";
    10. contains restricted or password only access pages or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page);
    11. furthers or promotes any criminal activity or enterprise or provides instructional information about illegal activities including, but not limited to making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses;
    12. solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other Users;
    13. involves commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising, or pyramid schemes;
    14. includes a photograph of another person that you have posted without that person's consent; or
    15. for band and filmmaker profiles, uses sexually suggestive imagery or any other unfair, misleading or deceptive Content intended to draw traffic to the profile.

We Blog Search Directory is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the We Blog Search Directory Website, whether caused by Users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Blog Search Directory.     3. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold Blog Search Directory, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Blog Search Directory in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the Blog Search Directory Website or through the Blog Search Directory causes We Blog Search Directory to be liable to another.
    4. Other. This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Blog Search Directory Website. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Blog Search Directory regarding the use of the Blog Search Directory. The failure of Blog Search Directory to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.     General rules:

  • Do not submit URLs that contain only the same or similar content as other sites you may have listed in the directory.
  • Do not disguise your submission and submit the same URL more than once.
    Do not submit any site with an address that redirects to another address.
  • Do not submit sites "under construction." Wait until a site is complete before submitting it.

 

  • Blog Search Directory does not wish to be associated with certain types of content, behavior and/or products, and will not accept Blogs that contain this type of content:
     
    1. Adult-oriented content, pornography or child abuse.
    2. Violence, excessive use of vulgar or obscene language
    3. Excessive, advertisements
    4. Content related to human suffering or death
    5. Copyright or trademark-sensitive products such as MP3 downloads, DVD backups or warez items
    6. Weaponry, ammunition, fireworks or explosives
    7. Gambling
    8. Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
    9. Propaganda, potentially offensive or controversial content
    10. Defamatory, libelous, threatening or other material that advocates against any individual or group
    11. The sale of hazardous substances
    12. Hacking, surveillance, interception or de-scrambling equipment
    13. The sale (or facilitated sale) of prescription drugs
    14. The sale of counterfeit or stolen items

  • Don't submit Blogs consisting largely of affiliate links.
  • Do a quick search in the directory  to be sure your Blog isn't already listed. This saves everyone time.
  • You should submit a Blog to the single most relevant category. Blogs submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories will be rejected or removed.
  • Descriptions of Blogss should describe the content concisely and accurately.
  • Auto-submission software is a violation of this procedure. Sites submitted automatically are banned and deleted after the submission is accepted, without notification to you.
  • An editor will review your submission. All Blogs that dont follow the General Rules or dont have a reciprocal link will be deleted and banned without prior notice.
